would you say a guy is flirting with you if he stares at you a lot, tells you about a nice bar he thinks you would like, puts his arm around you when you touched his arm for a chat and always wants to hold your hand before he leaves your presence? If he is why isnt he asking me out I finally asked him i just dont know what to do next

Either this guy is being a total *** and using you to make another girl jealous, or he really likes you and is afraid asking you out. you said you asked him out but what did he say? if he said yes then go out with him on one date(alone) and see what he says...

He simply may be afraid or just likes flirting. Both guys and girls tend to flirt a lot which may give the person they are flirting with the idea that they want to commit. Some people are natural flirters and will flirt with anything that moves. It's a fun thing to do, and hopefully people will know well enough when they are flirting cuz they like you and when they'r flirting when they just like flirting.

It is kinda obvious. Sorry Hun. The answer is yes he is. He may be afraid to ask you out because he thinks you might say NO. My advise is to not let him touch you so much though. It may turn into a little more than you want.

I feel yes this is a kind of flirting.A diciplined person with cultural values & any respect , careing will never possess such a habits.Only person with wrong intensions will try to prove his characters at times. The person who does not think of wat next? after proving his habit /intention is not a right person to trust.Better to avoide such people around.

well i am a guy and if he did that, he's interested but he might be shy. he might not know what u will say. he's flirting but he's seeing when he touches u, u don't respond in a negative way. i guess he thinks when he does that, its a point for u, he's waitin for u to give a point to him. y'all keep giving points to eachother and soon it will all add up. u feel me?????

He was going to ask you out but you jumped the gun. Men are slow to ask a woman out they are afraid of rejection. He was feeling you out, trying to see if you liked him. Trust me, the man likes you.

sound to me he likes you, maybe he dont know if you feel the same and doesnt want to feel rejected. if you like him why dont you just try and do the same kinda look at him and smile or just tell him you like him thats if you want anything to happen that is.
