Well, I'm an 18 year old male who is 6'0" tall, and about 125 lbs. I have been around 135 before just by eating like a horse.
But what are the foods that I WANT to eat to gain weight easier?
I know meat is a great source of protein and whatnot, and I know milk, cheese, bread and yogurt are good for building weight.. but why?
Are milk, bread, yogurt and cheese high in protein or calories, or what?
But are these good foods to eat when building muscle?
