Well, I'm an 18 year old male who is 6'0" tall, and about 125 lbs. I have been around 135 before just by eating like a horse.

But what are the foods that I WANT to eat to gain weight easier?

I know meat is a great source of protein and whatnot, and I know milk, cheese, bread and yogurt are good for building weight.. but why?

Are milk, bread, yogurt and cheese high in protein or calories, or what?



But are these good foods to eat when building muscle?

-meat
-peanuts

Eating foods with calcium builds your muscles, but you need to excersize.I can't help you about gaining weight because I don't know what foods you DO like.

You have to work out and bulid mucle you can drink weight gainer and work out this will add 10 lbs in one month if you follow the package and work out 2 x a day if you just want to gain weight and nto spend a lot of monry you still have to work out a lot and eat a lot

Calcium and protein rich foods will bulk you up (meats and the like), but if you're not trying to gain muscles, I recommend starches, like spaghetti, cereals, potatoes especially.

One don't eat like a horse you eat at burger king and a lot of beef. Drink a lot of sodas and stuff like that and bread too.

pork and steak. full of protein, but fatty. You need protein to build muscle. Also dairy because calcium.

yes your list is a good one...you must take proteins more than carbohydrates...also you must be a fan of pasta coz it is a good source of carbo that can be easily be digested than rice

eat mcdonalds and toca bell--one salad from here is 1,000 cal...no joke lol i had to do a personal nutrition project
