Does a break-up and get back together sometimes needed to make a kinda failing relationship revive? And is it possible that after a break up, we will get together again soon?

It depends what the reason for the break up is, and if the feeling are still there. If the love and communication is there, you could get back. Remember though, you must resolve past issues before moving on, or else they will always interfere with the relationship.

No ! The erason you broke up is only going to come up again in the future disguised as something else!
You might get back together again-but why?!?!? People and their habits do not usually change.
