To be honest you need to more exercise, 45mins two times a week isn't really enough, you need to do it at least once a day, or once every other day. Watch what you eat, and exercise, is about the best advice I could give you, and don't give up.

Thats an amazing goal that you've set and if you stay motivated you will be able to accomplish it. I've included a diet and workout that should help you to be around 120ish when school starts. Workout: Do this 4-6 days a week. Start off with 4 and then work up to 6 so that you won't strain your musles or hurt yourself. This is very important. You should also do about an hour of yoga 2-4 days a week to help tone and lengthen your muscles. Warm up: 10 minute jog or some other type of fun cardio workout. Abs: 50 regular crunches, 50 bicycle crunches, and 50 leg raises Strength: You can use exercise bands for these but weights wll be the most effective. Go for the 5-15 lb. weights you won't end up getting big and bulky since you're a girl and your muscles develop differently than boys. 20 bicep curls, 20 tricep extensions, 20 chest flies, 20 chest press, 20 kickbacks, 20 shoulder press,20 lunges, 20 squats Cardio: 30 minute run or some other cardio activity ( you should invest in a heart rate monitor to stay in your zone. ) Abs: 150 crunches, 150 bicycle crunces, 150 leg raises REPEAT: the strength workout and the second abs workout 3 more times. When you have finished make sure that you stretch for no less than 10 minutes. This is really very important and you can be seriuosly injured if you don't stretch correctly and after each workout. Diet: A really good page to look at for a diet to match this would be at Brandy Flores web page. She has a 1700 and a 1400 calorie plan that really incorporates how many carbs, fats, proteins and calories that you should be getting per meal. If your a vegetarian/vegan-I am so thats why im putting this- then you can easily substitute a lot of the ingredients with other food/supplement items. You should also take a multivitamin and an amino acid drink so that you won't destroy your lean muscle mass which actually helps increase your metabolism and ability to burn calories. My best of luck to you=]

join a team like basketball or softball or soccer even if your not that good at a sport it will help you be fit. If you dont want to join a team exercise everyday. You have to push yourself also. Say if you run a mile in 20 minutes, try to run it in 18 minutes the next day. When you exercise make it fun, race your friends in a pool or play capture the flag at night with glow sticks...good luck!

Go on the South Beach diet....I have tried it and its the best, I put my boyfriend on it too. You seen to lose weight quick on this as well. Im not going to lie...its not easy because you have to discipline yourself and you cant have any carbs or sugar for the first 2 weeks. But this diet will make you lose like 20 pounds in that first month if you follow it and it also makes you super healtly by eating all the good stuff. Good Luck

I purchased a kids aerobic dvd for my sister online. I can't remember the name of it, but if you do a search on the internet you should be able to find a few. My sister lost 26 lbs in 3 months with this program. She really likes it and the kids don't even know that they're doing exercise. Good luck.

I'm not trying to be rude but 2 times a week is not enough. You are supposed to excercise 60 minutes EVERYDAY/ALL WEEK. It would help to know how tall you we're. If your about 5'2" then you have a BMI of 37.856 and thats NOT good 15.3 TO 22.6 try to excerise ALOT you don't have to start at 60 minutes everyday but DO work your way up to 60 minutes

Talk to your counselor or nurse at school and tell her that you want to get on a diet and exercise program. Ask for specific guidelines to help you. It will probably take about a year for you to get to the weight you want to be... stick with it and everyday when you get up look in the mirror and give yourself one true compliment. Feel good about yourself about one thing everyday. That might help.

Try running maybe half a mile or a quarter of a mile everyday.. or every other day. Try eating milk and fruits.
Just make healthy choices, and you'll do it.
Hope it helps.
Take care and Good luck! :D
