this child i know of ,whom i saw digging out the trash was looking and begging for a mp3 player. I really don't know who she is, but she keep begging me to buy her a mp3 player what shall i do? please help so this brat can leave me the hell alone.

A brat? Oh honey there are no bad kids only bad parents.
Someone might have done something wrong but it wasn't the kid.

why is she going through your trash??? say no shes not your child or a relative. that might be a case of something in the childs home or her parents not having enough money but if you dont know her unfortunately there probably isnt much u can do

I got confused by the trash thing.
How old is the kid? Is it a random kid in the neighborhood, or a relative or what?
If she lost hers, she'll find it eventually.
If you buy her one, get a cheap one, like 128mb.

Get job. that way their sense of entitlement can be somewhat justified. It allows them a chance to have some personal control over their future.
ps: there is a job for every child. They may be too young to mow lawns or walk dogs but chores, responsiblities, give them a chance to earn it, be challenged but suceed too.
