Use a volumizing or thickening shampoo/conditioner. I really like Nexxus Diametress. If your hair is thin from hair loss, try Nioxin. You can get both at a salon. Hair extensions will also work if you are looking for a fix for a sepcial occasion or a few weeks, but this is more costly.
