When this one person comes into my cubicle he seems to release a sour fart... How do I keep from making a strange face when he is talking to me... I don't think he knows he is doing it and he is mexican

Maybe he's doing it on purpose. Tell him he needs to go to the restroom or outside to express himself in that manner because it's offensive to you. Or you could just wave your hands in front of your face & say, "Whoa man! that's foul!"

I would have a small fan blowing in the direction of the entrance to your cubicle. Ask him why he does it when he is there, and tell him the smell is strong. He knows he is doing it and probably has never been told the smell travels further than his own body. People should never have to put up with that in the work place in such closed areas.

Mexican has nothing to do with farting. Everybody over the age of 3 that is not in a coma knows when they fart. Buy a air freshner or tell him to leave.

His being Mexican has nothing to do with it. Maybe he's blowing your smell back at you when he walks by. If it's really a REAL problem purchase a can of air freshener and spray it after he walks away. Or maybe he senses your bigotry and saves the odor for your pleasure. good luck

mouth breathing is one solution, another might be getting a fan and pointing it in his direction thus blowing the foul odor away from you. If all else fails, treat him to lunch, allowing him to only eat constipating foods. Hopefully then, he will be so stopped up, the gas will stay in until he leaves the workplace.
