well, I sent a letter to immigration to withdraw my application, so i wounder if i can reapply for citizenship and also i wonder if they going to be against me because that.
thank all for the advice.

Is this for the US? You must be born with US Citizenship, however you can apply for naturalization if you are from a foreign country. Do you mean naturalization? You can always reapply for naturalization as long as you've had Lawful Permanent Residency for at least five years. Just look at your Green Card. Your date of adjustment, or "lawful permanent resident since" should be shown. Just add 5 years to that date. If you got your Lawful Permanent Residency by being married to a US Citizen then you can apply for Naturalization after only 3 years. For both just send in an N-400 application plus fee to USCIS. It is unusual that you withdrew your first application. Was it because you filed early?

Did you give any reasons for thhe withdrawal of your application? That could have a bearing on your re-applying.

If you just said, "Please withdraw my application" (or something like that) you should be able to re apply with little problems.

Do you have any skills, are your enployable. If not get out. If you do reapply.
