Well if he wants to take the matter up legally, you have thirty days to leave. But after being together for five years I'm sure he wont just kick you out with no place to go..hopefully...good luck

that depends where you live . in Ontario Canada for example a couple that has lived together and behaved as man and wife for a period of one year are considered married and as such one person cant just kick the other out of the home.
you need to check with a free legal clinic in the area you live

I'm not sure there are any laws pertaining to that. I guess that would be up to him if it's his house and how generous he wants to be. I guess if it was a bad breakup, he could want you our asap
