I live in Calgary and my toddlers want to give some of their toys to other kids less fortunate. They asked me if Santa would take these toys and give them to other kids!
I scouted the web looking for a charity that would like these toys but they all ask for new, unwrapped toys! the ones my kids selected are in excellent condition, clean and good toys. I hate to throw these away and would prefer to have another kid play with them. I would not donate a damaged toy!
Who would like these toys? I thought of women shelters or homeless kid shelter but I can't find the relevant info. Xmas is coming and I hope I can give them away on time for a kid to smile and play at Xmas. Any ideas, addresses, website I could check???

Many churches and community organizations have thrift shops or donation programs. You might want to check you local phone book for thrift shops to find local ones.
http://www.endabuse.org might be able to direct you to a shelter or something along those lines.
