A Christian.

I'm Christian, and have dated many non-Christians. Married one, in fact. It wasn't a problem at all in our marriage. However, after years of being a non-believer, my spouse converted to Christianity (different denomination than my own). I was totally supportive before the conversion, and I'm totally supportive now. It's nice being married a Christian, to be sure, but I would still have total love and respect if that conversion had never happened.

I'd prefer to date my hubby :^)
But if I were single, I'd prefer to date someone who has the same basic values and outlook on life that I do (the same or similar religion). However, as long as neither of us believed in the need to convert the other, dating someone of a different religion would be okay---again, as long as our values were similar.

Well, I am already married to a Christian. When we got married we were not Christians though. Now, if something happened to my husband and someday I decided to remarry I would definitely look for Christian men to date.

I'd prefer to date a Christian, but I'd also wish they'd not try and convert me to whatever religious faith they've chosen. I only state this because I'd like to be with someone who shares my belief in Christ and all he stood for and died for; but if ur of another Christian faith than I; please keep it to urself. U can tell me about it, but don't convert me, and I'll do the same and not deteur u from ur faith as well.
