Recently, i've got these red bumps on my vagina and they have spread around my legs kind of to my butt. I've always had red bumps on my butt even tho i dont know what they are yet. Anyways... i have had sex before with my boyfriend and hes pretty sure that he doesn't have any diseases but he's not 100% sure. He is the first guy that i have really had sex and sexual intercourse with. These bumps kind of look like zits and some of them have like white heads. They really itch alot.

Go see a doctor. Sounds like rashes and it also sounds like STD.

It could be a STD. It could also be a heat/friction rash. You mentioned that he is really the first for that kind of activity, therefore your skin is not used to the activity. Also along with the friction, you have irritated the area, and he has different bacteria on his body... not diseases... just normal bodily flora, your skin may be reacting to that. One other thing, have you or do you shave in that area? This is another skin irritation, and the bumps could be just from shaving. I get them under my arms all the time, and ingrown hairs are just awful! However, I am not a MD, just have worked in the field for a long time. I would recommend that you speak to your MD or OB/GYN to be sure. Get tested, and have your boyfriend do the same. That way you know you are safe with each other. Peace of mind, and trust, can make any relationship stronger. I hope this helps.

It's not cancer!

It could be an STD, or it could be another type of skin infection. Best bet is to go see a doc asap, and s/he'll be able to diagnose and treat whatever it is.

You need a doctor to look at it and run tests to see what it is. Kinda doubt it's pimples...
