do u think this will work i wanna loose like 10 lbs

i exercise atleast 40 minutes a day plus abs and i need to have a sweat when im done

i eat AT MOST 1500 calories usually more around the 1000 calorie range

and i chew and spit my food out sometimes


do u think this will make me loose weight>? and if so how long do u think it will take??

I think you need to consult a doctor and have them work with you to establish both a menu and exercise regime. Chewing and spitting out food isn't healthy.

I've found that by doing excessive exercise you can gain weight as the body is trying to compensate.

A good brisk walk daily for 30 minutes and a diet high in fibre, vegetables, fruit and 4-6 ounces of protein daily, would be a good start.
