I'm 14 and my BMI is 16...and I'm very unhappy with it. :/ Is that bad? I'm not sure what to compare it too- also, how can I lose the weight in my thighs?

Sorry, it's actually 16.something. I'm 5'8" and 106...

I don't know why, I just feel overweight. I'm justwondering if it's healthy or if I should aim to lose 5-10 pounds. I'dlije to be down to 99, but is that healthy?

an average BMI of a 14 year old is 15.8 to 23.3 so you should be happy.

To lose weight (fat) and stay healthy your gonna have to gain weight(muscle) to don't just excerise you thighs

if your BMI is 16 you are anorexic. 18.5 and under in unhealthily skinny. Maybe you used a funky BMI calculator, but normally 16 would be considered anorexic.
18.5-24.9 is normal
25-29.9 is overweight
30 and over is obese.
I'm also 14 5'7 127lbs My BMI is 20 and I would consider myself averge-thin.
