It actually makes a good hot chocolate. Heat it up in the microwave or slowly on the stove top. Don't forget the marshmallows.

As long as you don't let it come to a full boil, you'll basically get hot chocolate.

If you heated it gradually and stopped before it reached the boiling point, it would be similar to cocoa. If you let it boil, it would curdle.
