well first off I am 13 i weight 137.5 pounds and i have a BMI of about 25.237. I WANT to weigh 100 pound but i don't want to crash diet or not eat at all but i don't want it to take a whole year..please help me.

When I was your age, we did not have Computers and electronic games. We played soccer and did all kinds of outdoor activities. Overweight was never a problem with us.
I don't try to tell you that you must play soccer, but it may be a good idea to move around a bit more, cut down on some of the fancy food, and spend less time in front of the computer or television. You have done the first step, you realize that it would be better to carry less weight around, that is a good start.
It will take some discipline, but if I could stop smoking, you should be able to loose weight. Good luck.

Curves works well (if you are a girl). They have an awesome, easy workout and a great diet plan! Walking is also a great thing...I would invest in a stepcounter/pedometer and moniter what you walk everyday. That works for me.
Be careful about what you eat too!

It's a lot harder to lose the weight; the older you get...so you're smart to want to do it now! But always do it in a healthy way!

loosing that much weight could take a while. You want to start off by cutting off your junk food. Things with saturated fats and carbs are not good. Eat things slowly and not too much. It makes you feel full. For snacks nuts and grapes are really good. For dinners try to have things like fish and baked chicken. zyou also want to start exercising. Do a little bit of everything. you do not need a gym. do lunges, squats, curl ups, pushups, and run and you should be good. have fun and do not think of yoursel as fat

excersize. sit ups, push ups, run on the treadmill, swim. anything that gets you active
