My fiance and I are planning a wedding in the Pocono Mountains. He is from India and we have been together for almost 5 years, but he is not a citizen of the U.S. There are requirements of having SS numbers and such. What papers or other things will he need instead?

I think he will have to jump though many American hoops to prove your relationship to the US Gov.
Good Luck !
Call or visit your Local US immigration office!

Talk to the people (at the courthouse) in Pennsylvania where you would go to get your license. Explain the situation, and ask what needs to happen. I don't think it will be easy, but asking will only help. Then you can know how long it will take so you can start properly planning your wedding. Good luck and congrats!!!

Better call someone who is expert in this. I just married a couple that the groom had lost some of his papers and had to send to DC for them. Took the couple 2 weeks to get them. No overnight express.
