I will be committed in losing my weight because I want to start the new year lighter and happier. I know it NOT healthy losing 12 pounds in 13 days but I wanna know how. I know its possible i just need to know what to eat, and for how many hours do I need to exercise, ect. can someone please tell me

p.s. dont tell me that its unhealthy and tell me in a very simple way

Simplest way: Don't eat, hardly drink water, exercise 3-4 hours a day (atleast) and pray you don't pass out (or worse), sleep with the heat in your room turned up very high.

Keep in mind I bear no responcibility if you're actually foolish enough to try what I wrote. You'll lose weight....through starvation and dehydration. So be prepared to gain it all back, and than some, once you come to your senses.
I guarantee, 100%, that if you lose that much weight that quickly through poor dieting you will gain it all back very quickly once you resume eating (and thinking) like a healthy human.

The only way to loose 13 pounds in 12 days without definitely ending up in the hospital is to loose it through liposuction in a hospital.

The second most healthy way to loose that much weight in 12 days would be to saw off a limb, as suggested.

If you weigh more than 850 pounds, you could theoretically loose the weight you want to loose by getting rid of retained water in 12 days.

If you weigh less than that, I suggest you completely stop eating, get a colon cleanse, and run for five miles a day. Limit your food intake to slimfast diet shakes and water. It may be possible for you to then start the new year's 13 pounds lighter... but since hunger causes crankiness, you certainly won't be starting lighter AND happier... unless you have an eating disorder such as anorexia, where starvation causes feelings of euphoria.

Personally, I believe you'd be healthier if you just drank yourself to near death for feelings of euphoria, like everyone else.

I'll also mention that loosing 2 pounds per week is a more realistic (and safe!) goal. That's 6 weeks, so you'll be at your target weight before valentines if you go that route.

Here's a really simple way. You will lose about a pound a day and it is healthy. I just used a 9 day cleanse. With cleaning and exercising I lost 22 lbs in a month. With a good cleanse you can lose up to 10 lbs in 9 days. And it's not just water weight. Just cleanse, eat healthy and exercise at least 1 hour 3 times a week. I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Try something simple like a fruit fast. Eat fruit every day. Also, at the least, workout 30 minutes a day. An hour would be best. I'd suggest exercising every day, but give yourself one day of rest after about 5 or 6 days of working out. Also, drink LOTS of water. It gets rid of the toxins in your body. Some of the extra weight we carry is from excess water retention. Heidi Klum lost about 30 pounds in 31 days after she had her baby....she had a trainer, and she didn't starve herself. So, I know it's definately possible to lose about a pound a day. Good luck!!

I am not going to tell you that it is very unhealthy but I will say that you could kill yourself doing that. The best way to lose weight is not eating more than your body needs and exercising. Do active stuff like swimming or running or walking your dog/cat. Instead of taking an elevator, take the stairs.

obviously losing that much weight in 13 day is VERY UNHEALTHY but u could try a colon cleanse wipes aout like 30 pounds, or this workout thing that u lose 6 pond in 6 day and is perfectly safe, i say its great but dont have high expectations!!!

About 3,500 calories adds up to about 1 pound. This applies whether they are food calories coming in, or calories (burned by exercise) going out.

If you eat 3,500 calories more than your body needs, you will put on about 1 pound. If you use up 3,500 calories more than you eat, you will lose about 1 pound in weight.

No, a pound a day isn't only impossibly but it's exremly unhealthy. Rather be fat or in an E.R. bed?
