That is the first step. Understanding you are a sinner and unworthy. God knew this before he created the world. God had a plan to save his creation even though we are sinful God loved us and provided a way for us. God is perfect and without sin and he came to the world in the form of man Jesus Christ to overcome temptation and pay the penalty of death for those of us who realize our need for him. If we confess our sin and accept his atonement through Jesus Christ we are saved by faith.

Hi Mayaloo,

It really doesn't matter how sinful you believe you are, you are with god all the time, through every experience and in every incarnation and in all the 'afterlives' you experience between incarnations. You can never ever be apart from god.

Sin is relative, if you believe in sin and you believe in hell, you are very likely to create an afterlife experience where you go to hell.

God is unconditionally loving and will accept you and cherish you regardless of how sinful you my believe you have been.

This doesn't mean you should go out and do whatever you like, you yourself will create punishments for yourself for all of the sins which you believe you have committed.

But it does mean that god doesn't punish you. Instead, god will rescue you if you fail to rescue yourself from any punishments you create for yourself after sufficiently repenting for whatever you may believe you have done sinfully.

When you die your spiritual awareness will awaken from the dream that has been this life and you will see things far differently than you do now. You will see that your sins were only sins in the context in which you believed them to be sins and that in the spiritual perspective your soul remains pure and good.

As you free yourself from self-judgement about your sins you will be able to see your entire life here in a context that allows you to accept yourself and love yourself unconditionally and you will then be able to experience god directly.

It does help a lot to avoid doing things you that may make you feel badly about yourself, but everything you do that might conceivably require forgiveness is always forgiven by god.

It is up to you to forgive yourself or to realise that you really have always existed in a state of grace that is beyond any need for forgiveness by god or by yourself or by anyone else.

Cheers!

God forgives. He is the ultimate parent and will take u back no matter what. U might have to pay for ur sins, but that doesn't mean the kingdom of heaven is denied. A lot of the time, u just have to say sorry, and mean it, and believe that Christ is the true God(or ur God is the true one if ur not Christian), and heaven shall be yours. God loves us all. That is why he gave up his only begotten Son for all of mankind. Get a Bible and read the story of the prodigal son; that is a story all of us should read and understand. The son went away from his father, and returned asking for forgiveness and mercy; willing to live among livestock in return for love; but the father said no. and welcomed his son with open arms. That's how Christ is with all of us. As long as we're repentant of our sins, we're fit to be among Him and His chosen ones.
Don't get me wrong, I have issues with the story of the prodigal son too; but I do understand the message Jesus was trying to convey there.

God can and will forgive vast quantities of sin. God can not and will not forgive those that reject his gift of mercy(Jesus's shed blood on the cross of agony). It really is that simply. God realizes that most of us are big dummies,so he made the plan easy to understand.

By the way, ever read any of the books in the Bible by the Apostle Paul? Guess what his job used to be?..... You guessed it... Watching over helpless Christians as they were stoned to death for their faith in Jesus Christ. Yet God chose Paul to pen a large portion of the New Testament.

You can be with G-d now and not have to wait until you die.

Yeshua (Jesus) said He didn't come to call the righteous but to call sinners (people who practice sin) to Himself.

Read His story in the book of Matthew or Luke or John in the Bible. It was for you that He came and shed His blood so that you could live a new kind of life and be forgiven.

"Happy is the man whose sins
Freely are forgiven
Whose innocence has been declared
By the Lord of Heaven."

Nobody's perfect & believe me I've done things that I'm sure in Gods eyes were sinful, but in my defense I did it to a man who hurt my child & I wish I could be sorry but not yet. If you have hurt another person & now realize you were wrong do your best to make it up to them, but however sinful you are there's always someone worse

God loves us all and he wants to save you. He gives us the choice to follow Him or follow "the world". If you believe that He set Jesus to be our redeemer for our sins and you desire to live your life in order to glorify Him, you can be saved. Its that easy. Check out 1 Peter 1:18-19. If you don't have a Bible, many local churches would be glad to explain the process for you. I'm praying for you!

Accept Jesus as your savior, you already know you are sinful, let Him take away your sin and give you a new nature. Then repent of those sins and do them no more.
Only those who accept Jesus as their personal savior will be able to stay with God for all eternity.

His love is abounding, respond to His call, look into the eyes of your creator, look within your soul, you'll find that you are worth something...He can clean u up,and when u mess up you will find that you have never fallen the Lord is holding you with healing,nail-scarred hands...believe it or not satan isn't gonna have fun in hell,he is going to burn and pay for his wickedness(that is why he attacks so fiercely,he knows his time is running out) so when satan reminds you of your past, your sins that held the Savior high, remind him of his future of condemnation... JESUS SAVES!!! he came not to heal the whole for what can he do for them?He came for the sick, the ill, the wounded to heal even the deepest cleaving wounds...(remember though to fall is not failure if you rise again, to fail is to fall and never rise because you are scared...but of what?)

There is no sin. God is unconditional love. Everything else about him is projections from people's egos.
