Take her to a very nice restaurant. Before you take her, go the restaurant and give the ring to the general manager of the restaurant and have them serve it to her on a dessert plate at the end of the meal

wellll u could plan a picnic some where far away...build a campfire etc and then u can propose to her on ur knees with a rose and a ring maybe (IF AFFORDABLE) or a nice card of love.

Honestly and sincerely with words from your heart in an intimate and private setting. They really dont appreciate contrived or trite showy proposals.
