well i would prefer it down if that were my hair maybe if i wanted to put it up i would do 2 really small piggy tails i think that might look a little cute.

Experiment with a flat iron and flip the ends up and then use a styling wax for a spikey texture while pulling the ends up. Blow dry the bangs foreword and flip the sides up.
