The most calories are burnt by using the big leg/thigh muscles.

So when you feel like a snack, grab a glass of water and a fast walk around the block, maybe carry some 5lb weights.

Remember, the best exercise is the one you enjoy and will do, so try to find something you like.

And only get 1500 cals a day.
