if you mean out on a date then why don't you bring him, you and a friend to the movies together so it would be less awkward. but if you mean ask him to be your boyfriend why dont you just tell him you like him and you would like to start something if he is up to it. just speak up before your to late and if he does say no its not the worst thing that could happen. there would be other much cuter boys

Ask him before it's too late. If he turns you down, it would only be the same as you never asking. And if you don't ask, theres never a possibility of him saying yes.

sounds like you are too young to be going out with him. In the REAL world, when a person wants to go out with another person, they ask directly. If you can't do that, then you shouldn't go out at all.
