Condition once a week with a deep conditioner. Just follow the directons on the bottle, put a cap on and put heat on it. The rince with cool water. Will leave your hair silky soft. Love it. Also, as you should know eat lots of good veggies and tons of water, which will leave your skin glowing also. Don't use heat irons and blowdryers too much. That stuff just dries your hair out and makes it look dull. If you have to then always use a heat protectant on your hair.

i comb my hair many times. sometimes i put hair polish for silky shine hair. I used a shampoo that protects the hair from the sun and conditioner to shield it. eat the right kind of food,fruits helps the hair nourished but most of all i dont iron my hair cause it damages and burns your hair.

I braid mine everyday, even though people say it's not a good hairstyle, I don't care, I just want it to look and be healthy. I don't care about their opinions

Don't dye it, and use the right kind of shamppo for your hair type. Condition it moistureize it every once in a while.

get ur split ends cut like 1 every month and condition your hair for one hour once a week

get it trimmed often. that will make it grow faster. if u brush it more it is suppose to make it stronger. and wash it often.
