My 3 year old, has been prescribed Ear-Drops
Need advice on administering them.
he hates them. Screams, and won't sit / lie still
really need help on this please.

try turning it into a game. let him give you some ear drops(water)
tell him whoever remains still the best wins a prize. THen obviously you let him win. give him some sort of treat. mix the prizes up a little. You have to make it so he HAS to have his drops. Tell him at the end of the week you will take him someplace special. and get daddy involved. Let dad lie still for some eardrops

Maybe it's cold when you put it in his ear? When I was little, my mom would put the bottle of eardrops in a pan of hot water to warm it, and it felt much better when it was warm. You might try that.
