You'll need to be a programmer, to do that, but I don't recommend it.
Despite the answers you see here, there is no law that prohibits anyone from just creating a computer virus. It's how the virus is used that makes it illegal. Kind of like guns, only you don't need a background check or a registration on file to make a computer virus.

ok heres how
first you need to learn how to program
(cant help you with that....i dont know how to)
then you can look at the source codes for viruses and learn by example

o and by the way
mass spreading of viruses is definitely not cool
and even if you just want to mess with individual people, if the virus gets into the wild and you dont know how to hide your tracks (which i doubt you do since your asking how to write a virus....)
then you will be totally screwed

All ya gotta do is learn to write code. C++ and java are good places to start. Then you just have to have the morals of Saddam Hussein.

You mean you want to? That's crazy. You can download dangerous stuff and pack your memory. Sites with alot of pop-ups are a problem.

you need to know how to program. The most advanced, c++ to the fairly simple vb script or even apple script for the mac..
mmm.. it's too complicate to explain all of its working...
go to college and major in computer science.. they'll teach you how to make one.

why would you want to do that..we have too many people out there doing garbage like that as it is..if you do find out, i sure hope your caught in the act of doing it..
