Depends on what your medical reasons are, and what you are well qualified for. You need to give more info if you want serious answers.

With technology nowadays, there are a ton of things you can do from home. If you are computer savvy, you can be tech support, do database management, or computer consultant. For low tech jobs, you can actually make decent money as a telemarketer with a reputable firm.

If you have the will, there is a job for you.

You could look into becoming a Notary Public in your area. You can get jobs witnessing loans and other stuff for people. You won't get rich off it, but it can get you some extra money. You can contact the National Notary Association for more information.
