Calories aren't a form of weight and so can't be compared to pounds or any other form of weight. There's no set or even rough number of calories burnt during sleep or exercise, if you exercise before sleeping then your body goes into fat burning mode and burns the fat from exercise while you are sleeping. If you sleep hot then more calories can be burnt off but if you do it on purpose then you probably can't sleep very well. The first few sit-ups won't burn as many calories as the sit-ups further on. The more sit-ups you do the more each of the new sit ups will burn. You can't say that sit-ups burn a certain amount of weight either, because you could lose a lot if you had a lot to lose, or hardly any if you have hardly any to lose.
