There is no requirement on what I use or make.
For pasta, I have spaghetti, linguine, and penne rigate.
For bread items, wheat bread, flour tortilla wraps and a pizza crust.
For meats, italian sausage, hamburger, chicken breast filets, bacon, and pepperoni.
For cheeses, sliced swiss, shredded mozzerella, shredded 4-cheese mexican blend, and feta.
For condiments, generic pasta sauce, ketchup, mustard, honey mustard, mayo, and ranch dressing.
Also have about 30 spices available which I won't list.

Well, unfortanately, I am a live-alone bachelor, so most of my shopping is a little at a time. This time around, I have no vegetables. I just see how I can make do with what I have, but I try to break free of too much repetition.
Also, I would like to thank those of you who have submitted real answers and not just told me to keep thinking or count my blessings I have food. I'm not a moron, so I know I'm lucky to live in this country, however, if you wish to lecture people on how others are impoverished, perhaps you should start a little closer to home. I will always put my country before another. We need to fix our own before we can fix others.

Chicken, Bacon, Feta Pizza!
Cook the chicken and then chop into small pieces.
Cook about 3 pieces of bacon, drain on a paper towel, and chop.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Top your pizza crust with some pasta sauce, then add the chicken and bacon. Top with some shredded mozzarella and some feta. Sprinkle some oregano and basil on top and bake for about 15- 20 minutes until all the cheese is hot and bubbly. Enjoy!

Of course, I hope you aren't asking to use ALL the ingredients in one meal!
If my pantry had those items, I think I'd do something like this:
For the entree, I would make a baked pasta dish using the Italian sausage, some pasta sauce, some of the penne rigate and some mozzarella. Fix up the seasoning with basil, oregano, and fennel seeds. (depending on what the pasta sauce needed to make it taste right).
If you want a starch, you could just use some of the bread. If you wanted to have something fancier, you could make some little pizzas by putting some chopped up pepperoni and some of the feta between two tortillas and grill them a bit on each side, then cut into wedges.
Do you have any sort of vegetables or salad stuff? A salad or even a canned or frozen vegetable would balance it out and make it prettier to look at.

Looks like you could make a quick and simply yummy "Chicken Mac 'N Cheese Bake"
Simply Cut your Chicken Breast into strips/pieces.
Saute them in a little spray or a wipe of oil or margarine.
Add some garlic or onion or parsley, Basil, whatever you like, just a touch to the chicken as it cooks. Cook your Penne Noodles as usual and drain. Do you have a little milk, whole, nonfat, canned anything? or plain Creamer? If so add just enough milk to re-moisten the Penne.
Pour this into a casserole dish, add a layer of cheese any or all combos you currently have, toss lightly with the Penne, then add a layer of chicken then cover with another layer of cheese, bake this for 40 - 45 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees.
Remove from the oven and let set for 10 minutes and serve.
Enjoy!

Doesn't sound like your food items are too limited to me. With all that, you should have plenty of things to choose from. Not sure what would be 'new' to you, either. Regardless, you may be bored with what you have, but you certainly won't starve to death. Thank your lucky stars you don't live in an impoverished country.
