I use toothpaste. Not The Gel type but the paste kind. I do this over night. Remember to wash you face before applying and before you leave for school the next day.

Do not touch or pop the pimple. It will only make the pimple more obvious and risk infection and scarring. Instead, take up the following routine, twice a day, until it disappears. Wash your hands thoroughly before you touch your face. Wash your face gently but thoroughly with a mild, medicated soap and warm water. The water shouldn't feel hot, just a little over lukewarm. Do not use a washcloth, as the scrubbing action could distribute bacteria to other parts of your face. Use your hands. Wash for about 30 seconds. Pat your skin dry with a towel. Apply a benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid topical cream on the pimple. If the spot is under the skin surface and hurts when touched, use benzoyl peroxide. Salicylic Acid should work well for all other acne spots. After topical treatment is dry, apply a basic face moisturizer (preferably allergy-tested, fragrance free, and oil free). Without moisturizing, the skin around the pimple can dry and irritate your skin, possibly making the pimple more inflamed and noticeable. Some contain a mild sunscreen, which is often recommended with some acne washes and medications. Cover the pimple with medicated concealer (optional). Learn how to prevent acne in the first place, so that you stop that next monster pimple before it even starts. Moisturize daily. it works wonders

Ok first ,you are too young to date but that is up to your parents. He is probably suffering from pre-teen breakouts as well. Applying a think coat of triple-antibiotic cream and going to bed is the best you can do right now. Wash your face before applying cream and in the am with nonsoap face cleanser. Most homes have the antibiotic cream around and ask others if the have a nonsoap cleanser. Even baby wash if someone has a small child is better than soap. Stop picking at it!!
Hate to sound like a walking advertisement but Aveeno makes some great products. Breakouts will not be gone but you need to kill the bacteria to ever have a chance at healing. Products that only dry up skin will make area hard and red only. I have found that the antibiotic cream may bring "puss" to the surface in the morning you may be able to gently remove it in the am. This will not be a perfect solution and erase the blemishes in 1 day but it will held to reduce the inflammation which is the most obvious even for scabbed over sores which probably still have bacteria.
Use a thin coat of antibiotic cream if you have to go to school during the day.

Ok. I have standard teenage acne, and for me, applying toothpaste to the affected area (or areas, as the case may be >:| ) DOES NOT do a thing.
If I'm having a really bad breakout but there's something important I have to do, or an event I have to attend the next day, I do this: (follow the instructions carefully!)
BI CARB SODA MASK!
1) Fill the sink with a smallish amount of warm water. You really don't need much at all! Less than a cup will do the trick! Not hot, not cold, not lukewarm. WARM.
2) Get a face washer and make it wet.
3) Wet your face WELL! Squeeze out the washer and place it on the side of the sink... wherever you want really, but keep it nearby.
4) Grab some BI CARB SODA from the kitchen (or wherever it's normally kept) and sprinkle several tablespoons of it into the water in the sink. There should be enough for a very watery paste, but the water shouldn't be clear. It shouldn't be pure white either.
5) Using the facewasher, dunk it into the bi carb mixture and smear some bicarb over the washer. Then wipe all over your face, but don't rub! Make sure your face is covered in the stuff. You'll feel a quite nasty burning sensation, but that's a good thing. It means it's working, so don't worry.
6) Ride out the burning bi carb for 5 minutes.
7) Empty the sink and wash any remaining bi carb down the drain. Rinse out your washer and fill the sink with fresh lukewarm water.
8) Wipe the bi carb mask off your face - be thorough - with your washer.
And voila! Your face will feel ULTRA smooth.... make sure your hands are CLEAN before you touch your face though - hands carry a ton of bacteria and you don't want that getting on your nice clean face :)
A final, optional step (do this tonight - the night before the date - after the mask, then tomorrow - on the day of the date - do the bi carb mask during your date preparations).
WHITE VINEGAR TONER! -another one of my secrets, dries out pimples beautifully because it's highly acidic.
1) Get some white vinegar and wet a wad of tissues, toilet paper, or a cotton ball with the vinegar.
2) Apply to pimple-affected areas ONLY! I repeat, affected areas only!
Keep the vinegar AWAY from your eyes, lips, and nose.
3) Leave on for the night and don't wash off. You'll experience a burning sensation and you'll STINK of vinegar. Your eyes may water too. But this works really really well for me, so try it!
Good luck with your first date!
Happy Holidays!

Sit back... this is a LONG answer, but I wanted to help you out! I know it can be frustrating. This REALLY works!! There's a person sent me an email saying to me that it worked for her!! This was also been chosen by Reona to be the best answer because it worked for her too!! Proof, read here..

Gather all materials beforehand -- see "Things You'll Need" below. You might want to store them in a waterproof resealable bag, such as Ziploc. I'd recommend wearing either old clothes or a bathrobe over whatever you are wearing. There is a definite possibility this is going to spill. After you have found everything on you checklist, head to a large, flat, waterproof surface. This is probably your bathroom. Having this room be private is highly advised; you can't just say, "Get out, I'm flattening a pimple," can you?
Things You'll Need
- 3 or more cotton balls
- Lukewarm tap water
- Cup to hold the water in
- Salt
The Method
1. Salt the water thoroughly -- much more than you think it needs.
2. Dip one cotton ball in the salt water.
3. Wait for 30 - 60 seconds.
4. Squeeze out excess water out until it is damp, but not dripping.
5. Place the damp cotton ball over your large, oh-my-goodness-I-cannot-go-to-... zit. If you have several of these grouped together, try to place the cotton ball over them all.
6. Glance at your watch/clock. Wait exactly three minutes.
7. Remove the cotton ball after the time is up. The zit seems to be nearly gone, but it is only the top that has dissolved. Your acne is still there.
8. Take the other two cotton balls and place them on either side of the despised pimple.
9. Slowly, move them closer together until the tiny bump is flattened. Congrats! You've just conquered that giant of a pimple -- forever!
10. Apply honey on the infected area & go to sleep!!
Tips
*Don't forget the last 3 steps -- they are crucial.
*Be sure to follow these steps closely. Dipping a cottonball in fresh water as opposed to salt will not work, for instants.
* You might want to bring a book -- either waterproof or one that you do not care about being splattered in water. Those three minutes can get boring.
* This is your best bet for monster zits that simply sneak up on you. For long-term healthy skin, cleansing and toning is also important.
Warnings
* Please, PLEASE, do not assume this is permission to "pop" pimples. Doing so can cause major scarring. Please don't pop them.
* If you stop after the top is dissolved, I must warn you: it WILL come back! Maybe not in the next five minutes, but during the course of an hour, it will come back!
If you feel new pimples erupting, ice it! Hold an ice cube over the area for about 5-10 minutes. It REALLY works!!!

i understand heres what i do and it works every time!
1st. just wash your face like normal dont scrub to hard that makes more oil.
2nd. use either acne medicine or face wash something containing rubbing alcohol and apply it to the spot
*it will be red immediately but it will fade and shrink later the alcohol absorbs all the oil. and then it calms down and the redness goes away.
3rd. wait until morning see how it looks, then wash face as normal dont scrub individual spots and then try not to touch your face.
*seriously it works wonders i promise*
hope it helps

Do you have bangs? Try to cover it up as much as possible... Other than that, don't worry much about it. Everyone gets them, and of course, he will know that. Its just part of being a teenager lol
