I've liked many girls in the past few years but i never know how to flirt with them?

Make them feel like they are the only one that matters to you even if that is not true. Ask them to a movie then talk quietly to them. Hold thier hand. Cuddle with them. Play fight.

there is no right way to flirt with a girl. just be yourself. if you really want to know what i personally (and some of my friends) would like then here you go: tell her a compliment. that'll make her smile. then just touch her. NOT in any inappropriate areas...that's a turn off. she'll just think your in it for sex. just be sweet to her and show her that you care.
there really isn't a TRUE way to flirt with a girl. but just follow some of those guidelines and it should help.

be normal and just talk to them as friends if they seem intrested start flirting by small guestors such as a small touch on the arm when you pass by and keep walking or a hug when you see each other, becareful though if you try these things to early and she doesnt like you she will freak out.

there is no right way...just don't use cheesy pick up lines..gosh..what a turn off..LOL. Usually making a joke or two will do it..but not one of those cheezy jokes. Girls like to be approached in a non threatening, comfortable, confident way.

the perfect way to flirt with a girl is to get close to her as friends and little by little let her know your feelings but, don't let her know right away after you meet her. When she is your friend make her feel comfortable and safe around you and let her know you CARE for her then after a while let her know your true feelings.

talk sweetly, compliment her on things most guys don't see (the way her eyes slant or the shape of her face), tell her the truth. DON'T BE FAKE. be yourself. Be open but don't tell her your life story. Don't play games but tell her the things that you know women love to hear.

well i like when te guy is looking right at me when talking, not staring tho, and when they tell jokes to eveyone but its being directed towards me. and touch "accidently'' bump into them or wlkbeside them with ur arms touching, and sit beside her a lot, thse are all good ways

don't ever tell a girl you just want sex. hag out touch make he laugh tickle her when you have the chance call her hug her a lot be cute with her she'll fall for you soon enough.

if she isn't looking and she has a purse on a table. push it to the ground and say "excuse me, but would this happen to be your purse?" she might think your cute because of that. or walk up to her and compliment her then walk away. that way the girls are chasing after you insted of you chasing after them.

I don't know about "proper", but always with respect. Compliments are always nice to hear, but make it sincere, not ridiculous. Flattery and attention are the way to go, as long as you show respect to her as well.
