The second step, mix olive oil and brown sugar, then scrub the lips with the mixture gently in a circular, then rinse your lips.

The last step, add a little vaseline.

i had chap lips last week.i bought some carmex at the drug store,but you have to get the kind for healing chapped lips,i only put in on twice and my chapped lips were healed.It felt so refreshing when you put in on and gave instant relief..The one that comes in the little squeese tube and just rolls on your lips from the tube,it will say for chapped lips.I think it was $1.49

Drink lots and lots of water (mostly from dehydration)...then use some good lip balm with shea butter....or something in that line

Stay hydraded and keep lip balm on them I prefer bert's bees line of lip balm

Chapstick lip moisturizer... I have been usung it for years and in a few hours ( over night ) it always works for me and I use it every day.

chapped stick works best but i found that Vaseline also works too.
