I like this girl alot and i think she likes me but whenever im around her i have trouble talking to her so she walks away:( I hate it because the only way i can really talk to her is through text message it's really annoying, now she is starting to talk to this other guy, she still smiles at me gives me hugs occasionally, but i still cant talk to her, I can see in her eyes that she gets sad when i don't talk but its not my fault! i think she is starting to question me..but i dont know. Please help!?

Prepare some topics to talk about in advance. Write them down even. Practice conversations with her (out loud) in your room. Practice with an understanding friend or someone who isn't a blabbermouth (to act as her) or just pretend your pillow or teddy bear is her and pretend she is talking to you too. I know this all seems silly but give it a try because I don't know what else to suggest. Good luck.
