I wanted to wish everyone a Happy yule and I want to know why Yule isn't listed as a holiday on Yahoo Answers?

I think Yule isn't listed because there would probably be a huge backlash against listing "Satanic cult" holidays. Even though WE know it's not, many still believe it is.

However, I had a wonderful Yule and I hope you do as well.

Thank you. At least these are provable events, unlike a certain one that is supposedly just a few days away.

Unfortunately, there are far too many holidays that aren't listed here. Now, minor holidays I can understand, but not listing all of the major holidays of every religion is something else again.

As far as why isn't it listed in its own group... eh. There's plenty of Solstice discussion in the Christmas section, ditto for Samhain in the Halloween section. And I anticipate there being some good Ostara discussions in the Easter section... =)
