Ok so there is this girl that i like. However we don't really know each other and we don't talk that much. How can i get her to notice me? We are in the same Spanish class but next semester im moving to the other spanish period and i wont be in the same class. this could be a problem. But i think i have some hope because im friends with one of her friends. can i get some advice on what i should do to get her to notice me?

Try getting some form of contact first, not from her friends but from her, in person. That way, you can at least still keep in contact if you should happen to never share a class with her again.
You could go the old method, and try find out as many things as you can from her friend. Then use the knowledge you have to find some excuse to start talking to her. Although, that's not something I'd recommend, because I personally, wouldn't like my friends telling some guy I probably don't know private things about me...
I think you could start talking to her. You've already got one thing in common: love for Spanish language and being in the same class. Maybe you could suggest having 'study sessions' together, after school, during school, or maybe at the library.
Or you could organise group outings like movies etc with her and her friends so she doesn't feel too nervous if there was just the two of you, and with friends it's not too intimate.
Whatever you do, just DON'T annoy her by throwing paper balls or whatever guys do these days. It will just piss her off even more, and worse, remember who you are- but in a negative light.
Nevertheless i wish you all the best!

Act yourself. You could ask your mutual friend for what she likes, etc. Or you could have that mutual friend "introduce" the two of you. If you really like her just go up to her and ask her out! It may be difficult and embarrsing for you, but once you ask the question, no matter the answer, you will feel relieved that you at least said something.

Also-If she says she doesn't really know you, or that she needs more time to think about it, or that she just wants to be friends don't think you never have a chance. Some people want to spend some time with a person before making a decision to date them. If she says any of those things spend some time with her and your mutual friend-break the ice.

Good luck! And don't act like someone you're not!

if you have lockers, slip a note into her locker when she's not there. if you don't, ask a friend to give a note to her saying that you like her.
