thanks guys :) now i have to get my bf to quit. it's actually only been like two days, but it's been a tough two days and i feel better already. plus, at a pack a day, in about ten days i will have saved $50 woohoo.

Good going, Tina! However it might be awhile before you can resist the urge completely. It took me about two years. Now I can't stand the smell of a cig.

Yes!!! Smoking is a waste of money, your health, and your life. It's not like the biggest accomplish ever but you can be happy for yourself because some people can't do it but you did. It's a good thing.

Thats awsome. My parents use to smoke, they quite about 5 years ago and havent smoked since. But remember the hardest part is over. You should be very proud of yourself. Jus know that your life can only get better. =)

Great job! Not only have you lengthened your life, you've helped others by not smoking. My husband quit 4 years ago because his smoking was aggravating my asthma.

Good for you !!! I know how hard quitting can be. So keep up the good work. As of the 13th of December I have been smoke free for 18 months !!

YEAH!!! So proud of you. I know it is not easy! By the way, the average weight a person gain is about 6 to 8 lbs. Your health is worth much more than that, girl!

We are proud of you. My wife and i are also trying to quit. You also should be proud of yourself for quitting.
