I absolutely love him so much, but that's my opinion. I would love to hear what you have to say. take it consideration that he is really super smart, and look at a couple of his lyrics; they have really valid points.
(THE FIGHT SONG)
nothing suffocates you more than the passing of everyday human events. isolation is the oxygen mask you make your children breath into survive. but i'm not a slave to a god that doesn't exist
but i'm not a slave to world that doesn't give a ****. and when we were good you just closed you eyes. so when we are bad we're going to scar your minds. you'll never grow up to be a big-rock-star-celebrated-victim-of-your-fame. they'll just cut our wrists like cheap coupons and say that death was on sale today. and when we were good you just closed you eyes. so when we are bad we're scar your minds. the death of one is a tragedy, the death of a million is just a statistic.

i think manson is a highly intelligent individual - i have always felt that his disfiguration and obsession with the extreme was a way to disassociate himself from other humans and humanity in general due to a total disgust with what weve done to our world and the oppression that abounds with in it his knowlege of philosophy and religion is quite astounding in fact he's probaly one of the best role models a person could have

I'm not familiar with the music but I've seen photos of Marilyn Manson here and there -- creepy looking object who apparently thinks every day is Halloween. I can see how you could like Manson if you're into major weirdness EXTREME EDITION. I suspect the appeal is for adolescents who haven't outgrown their gross-out stage. Personally I'd put on a pair of gloves before I'd shake his hand.

Now, question for you: Is Marilyn Manson a he or a she? Or something else?

I don't respect Marilyn Manson. He stole his ideas from Rozz Williams (pbuh), whose ideas were better. Many of Manson's lyrics are just slightly altered versions of Rozz's works.

If you don't believe me, purchase or borrow "The Art of Rozz Williams." It contains all of his early poetry (late 70s-early 80s) and several paintings. Compare the album of Manson to Rozz's book and see the striking similarity, and you can't deny this fact.

I think he's a slave to his self-created world. I bet other people decide where and when he travels and sings, how his money is spent and invested,.......
