At a new Job and there is this lovly young lady that has been flirting with me. Tonight she tells me that she is thinking about moving back in with her ex. What do i say I would like to ask her out?

Tell her "Too bad, I would have liked to ask you out, but it looks like you're taken. Why did you two break up in the first place? Do you have any cute friends I could meet?
This will bug her, you expressed interest, but backed off, then immediately express interest in meeting someone else.
If she comes back to you later saying she didn't get back together with ex, go for it, ask her out, she's definitely interested in you If she does go with ex, it wouldn't have worked out between you two anyway.

You might want to wait and see what she decides to do about her ex, before you get emotionally involved. Sounds like she might be a little confused at this time.

ask her out before she moves in with the guy than u may not be able to get a better chance before she starts loving him again

She obviously isn't interested in you in that way. So tell her that if it will make her happy go for it.
