If it lasts for more than a couple of weeks seek profressional help from a psychologist or therapist. Don't go to a psychiatrist, you'll just get drugged.

One, have confidence in yourself! Two, reach out to someone less fortunate -- when we are depressed we always forget just how lucky we are! Three, exercise. Like nothing else, physical activity always makes you feel better! You'll be okay! Believe!

I have struggled most of my life with depression....I had some "interactive" light therapy last winter...helped immensely...NOT the same thing as light therapy.

ask your doctor for a depression medication. im on it, and it has helped so much.
