ok so my friend and i stoped being friends after she started 2 really untrue rumors about me then tried to break my and my boyfriend up. well im out of school now and havent seen her in a while, he dad died over the summer so i went to the funeral and she was happy to see me, she said she'd call but never did... well my dad is quikly passing of cancer! and when i saw her about a month ago she stopped me and gave me a hug and said sorry and that we needed to get together! well i didnt think she would call or anything.. well aparently she has been tryn to get my # my mom saw her brother in walmart and he asked for it to give her... what should i do give her a chance or let it go? we were friends for 5-6 years! please help

give her another chance. i mean, my heart weekened a bit when i read about your situation, and you really need a good friend! if she hugged you, then she must love you. however if she starts making it more bad than good, then it's time to let her know her second chance was a failure. i'm really sorry about your dad. i can't even imagine being in your position. stay strong and good luck!

Yes...let go of the past. You were both young and immature then. Now you have both grown and she has lost her dad...you are facing the loss of your dad. Friends need to support each other thru these things...and apparently she's trying

people can change and it was highschool, its full of drama, she's trying to help you out because she knows what ur going through, give her a chance again just go out for lunch or something and if she hasn't changed then u can drop the friendship for good

i say give her a chance... she seems genuine... same thing happened to me... this girl made up a rumour that i forced her to cut herself... anyways in the end she apologised and seemed genuine and now we are friends... its worth a shot... could b a good friendship ... Good luck =)
