it will only sound good if you math the subs RMS with the amps RMS and the speakers RMS with the amps RMS.

Harmonic and phase distortion along with signal to noise ratio is a much better determination of sound quality than power the only thing power is good for is something called dynamic range (which no one is talking about anymore and the real and only reason for high power audio amps) Your system will be WAY too
loud for quality sound and will damage your hearing permanently.

it will be loud as hell make sure not to over power your speakers distortion blows speakers i have blew speakers with power below peak with eq not balanced your size of box along with being ported or not makes a difference in how your subs sound

it will sound nice *** hell but then again what type of amp and subs are u pushing..........also make sure u have ur wiring RIGHT
