I'll have you know it turned out great!. Now, I have a new receipe to use throughout my life! My question now is how can I jazz it up a little? Dried cranberries and pears, I was thinking, or another kind of fruit?

I always sprinkle pistachio powder on my bread pudding. The bright green colour makes it look lovely and well, a bit christmassy if u wanna serve it for x mas. Sometimes i just chop up whatever dried fruit i have in the fridge like dates, cranberries and some unidentified dried berries that my father in law loves to buy and once in the fridge, he forgets about them...hehe...my point is, any dried fruit topping compliments a bread pudding, so go on....experiment! but do not forget your vanilla sauce and chocolate sauce accompaniment....good luck and merry x mas!

Use Banana Bread or Cinnamon Bread...or add a glaze on top... Apples or Raisins would be a good fruit.
