He lives in a totaly diffrent city and see him every other weekend, The thing about this is we haven't had sex yet. I find my self attracted to other people. And I turn down other guys down because I feel that I would be cheating on him, I love him to death,

Talk to him. Tell him how you feel and that you're tempted to date others if he doesn't want to get serious. Don't be afraid to tell him how you feel. Your feelings are just as important as his.
