After the first conviction he is given a choice of serving jail time or leaving the country, never to return.

If he takes voluntary deportation, then comes back, then he is on the hook for two crimes. If he is then convicted again of yet another crime, he will be incarcerated as a repeat offender.

If he takes prison time the first time, then he has paid that crime but is still illegal, but can try to come back (doubtful this would be approved).
If he sneaks back in and is caught again after serving time in our prison, this guy is on stupid pills and likes our prisons.

That is my reading.

If we catch him he should be deported PERIOD.. I don't care if he's prosecuted and convicted or found innocent..he's illegal..that in my opinion is against the law...and why would an illegal sign an affidavit..that means they are telling the truth...if they lied to get here..what makes u think they would tell the truth in that case.

He would be deported, if its a felony. And it is a felony, any federal document that a person has knowingly falsified is subject to prison, or deportation.... You know just like 50% of americans do on there taxes.

If he is convicted the first thing he would have to do is his prison sentence. After that is completed he should then be deported.

They should be deported.... after they go to jail, and after the border is secure so they can't just run right back into the country.
