My husband didnt recieve the fiancee notice of approval and that paper is one of the important thing to file my temporary residency here..we cant file the papers in uscis...What is the best thing to do?please i need help...

Unfortunately you will have to File form I-824 and pay $200.00 for a copy of the approval NOA.

I would call your local border crossing during banker hours and days and talk to an expert. they will be able to give you a direct number for these types of questions.

I would call INS and asked them what they suggest. A lawyer tends to cost a lot of money.

call immigration at 18003755283 and asked them because they are the one who send it to you as you know they look in to it they will get 60 more days to find it and they will resend it to you good luck
