where do i take a hurt pigeon in fresno?

i have a 5 year old daughter who found a hurt pigeon,it is bleeding under its wing she is all upset over the bird HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Consult a vet, in the states wildlife rehabbers can't help you with them (due to legal issues regarding introduced species). Until you can get it checked out keep it in a box, in a calm area and avoid peeking inside because the bird will be even more stressed than it already is.
