Haha the above people are lame...its like "i know you are, but what am i?" They can't answer the question so they throw it back. Right now I am reading a book, "The impossibility of God," which contains essays based on logic as to why God (at least an omniscient, omnipotent god) cannot exist. I've certainly never seen the opposite! But, devils advocate, "Faith is an oasis in the heart which cannot be reached by the caravan of thinking."

Hi Nate,
We have a problem of logic before one of theology. If one could prove God, then one would have to judge the proof valid or invalid. The judge of that proof and thus the proof would be greater than God which is a contradiction in terms.
Proof is in the scientific realm. It means those actions which can be repeated in time and space by others.
Faith is the theological realm. You might want to read The Pensees by Pascal to see how they interfaced in the 17th century or the City of God by Augustine to see how it worked in the 5th century.

Read Hume. You can't even prove effective causality. Proof is overrated. There is no "proof" -- for anything.
Everything that's most important in human life is not about proof or certainty, but about trust.
When it comes to matters like these -- the ultimate mysteries of human life and longing -- your mind just won't do it for you. Try your heart instead. And then read the Gospel.

The human brain
It has the capability of absorbing 40MBs of data per second and has enough storage capacity to last over 10,000 years, based on the development of synaptic connectors over designated periods of time.
If man evolved, what purpose would this type of capacity have except to an individual designed to live for thousands of years? If man evolved, than did he once live for thousands of years and we have since de-evolved?

You asked for proof, and then take away the one thing I use to prove it? You obviously are not being honest about your question.

How about you prove He is not real - even Satan fears God - but then again you have Satan beat.

I don't need to prove anything to you
Because I know for fact that he is real and if you are blinded not to know them I don't need to lose my energy proving anything to you
