You'd probably be a a little skinnier, but you wouldn't have that much energy at all.

The most likely outcome of skipping breakfast and lunch would be that you actually get fatter. By skipping those meals, you put your body in starvation mode. When that occurs, your body stores most of the calories you take in as fat, because it doesn't know when it will get more. Also you will loose muscle. Your body will start to use existing muscle for energy in stead of fat because it is easier for your body to use. My advice to you would be to eat several small meals over the course of the day. Drink a slim fast or have a small bowl of cereal. cut back on your carbs and stick with your protein. And try to drink at least 5 to 7 eight ounce glasses of water. Do not skip those meals!!! By just cutting back on what I ate and drinking over a gallon (two and a half) a day I went from 350 pounds down to 275 pounds. I am 6'3" and it took about two years but it worked. I lost about six pounds the first week. It could work for you. Good luck!

The best way for you to lose weight is not to skip breakfast. You will be so hungry that you will overeat when you finally do eat. Don't skip any meals for that matter. Just keep them in small portions and moderation always. Try to calculate all calories and walking 10 minutes a day will help. It's the best way to exercise without hurting yourself. You won't lose weight starving yourself and exercise is always needed along with eating right.

Exactly the same. If you skip meals, your metabolism drops, and you tend to compensate at the next meal you eat, so chances are you woudn't lose any weight at all.

If you want to, you need to eat all three meals, but be sure to fill half your plate with vegetables (fruit is okay at breakfast, who wants broccoli first thing?) a quarter of it with lean meat or egg, and one quarter with a whole grain, like wheat toast, or brown rice.

And get 30 minutes a day of exercise. Then, in a month, you will see a difference.

First your body will use up your fat cells. This includes your boobs since these are fat deposits.
Then your body will start on your muscles, eat these away. Before this your body will retain what fat it can to survive. You may even retain water which will make you look even fatter. Ever see a starving child on the TV? Wonder why there bellies are puffed out?

DO NOT DO THIS. Very unhealthy and will or can cause other health problems!

not great...actually u wouldn't be any different, just more tired. eat breakfast and lunch just not so much of it. If ur using this as a dieting method, that is an awful way. Try doing it the proper way by working out and eating properly.

That is not a very good idea you might get sick.Skipping meals is not a good way to lose weight, eating smaller portions and lots of fruits and vegetables along with exercise is the healthier option to do it. You can visit the following nutrition site for more info.

you'd get fatter...no seriously... because if you skip breakfast and lunch and eat dinner, then your stomach will start eating itself and storing the fat...if you want to lose weight start eating healthier foods like oat meal (not the instant, Quakers) and fish with salad, and chicken (no skin) for dinners...don't stop eating! just eat healthier and go for a jog once in a while! GooD LucK! :)

It depends on your weight, but over time most people would look liike a post. I'm not saying this to scare you. Starvation isn't the answer. Overtime, your body will reject food and, in desperate stages, water. If a person reaches that point, it's rarely possible to reverse what's happened.

I'm not going to lie you would probably loose the desired weight, but it would COMPETELY ruin your metoblism to would lead to poor health and gain weight a little bit later in your life, your body would go into starvation mode and make whatever you eat turn into fat - dont starve yourself!

the best way to loose weight is to eat small portion four or five times a day. This way your body doesn't fill like you are starving and start storing fat for later.
