How do you tell the difference between older baby cockatiels and younger baby cockatiels?

I need to know how to know the difference between a 2 week p;d cockatiel and a 1 week 6 day cockatiel.

New borns will have yellow fuzz or white fuzz if they are a white face cockatiel. At 2 weeks old they will be larger in size but their fuzz will still be there. At 3 weeks old you will see the feathers begin coming in and at 4 weeks old they should have all their feathers. You can almost watch these baby birds grow right before your eyes. Try taking pictures of them every day and then look at them all day to day until they are grown and out of the nest and watch them grow.
