You drink all the water you wont. it matters not a bit when It comes to weight .I worked at a health club and been a member for 24 years. the people who lost weight rode the stationary bike. you must eat right.no sweets and white flour products. eat whole natural foods. don't fry foods.pressure cooking is best.drink when your thirsty.its that simple.the treadmill is the second best way to lose weight. keep it up. your doing fine. Merry Christmas

Water is the best thing you can do. It cleanses out your body. Everyone needs water. Water actually carries away some of the fatty cells. You eventually pee it out anyway. So water is actually good for you. Don't stop the water. Very cold water burns more calories too because it takes more out of you to digest the coldness of the water. So keep doing what you are doing. Water has no calories or fat. So that is definately not making you gain weight. You might think so, if you get bloated from drinking it. Maybe your body actually is craving water and it's absorbing it. Keep it up. You can do it.

It's great that you are exercising. You should drink 8 glasses of water per day throughout the day. You should definitely drink water after you exercise and it won't matter in the long run with losing weight, because water flushes right through your system.

Every single person in this whole world weighs more because of water, its just the way life works. You should definatly keep continuing to drink water [your supposed to drink about 8 cups aday which is 4 regular sized water bottles]. Its not about your weight but your health.

You need to focus on what's important. Your weight is not as important as your overall body fat percentage. Gaining pound from water is not a bad thing, and you shouldn't stop hydrating yourself to prevent that. The slimmer you get all over, the more you are achieving your goal. Focus on how many inches you lose instead of of what the scale says.

the more water you drink, the more weight you lose because it curbs your appetite. Only weigh yourself once a day...every morning when you get up because that is when your stomach is empty. Don't keep weighing yourself throughout the day. Once is enough.
